return policy
We have a 7 - Day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on all Handbags. Items such as Cosmetics and Beauty products are non - refundable, along with personalized items, custom orders and personal care goods.
Once the items are received, inspected, and in resalable condition then your return will be granted. You will automatically receive a refund to the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds back into your account.
